Join local advocates from the Charlottesville/Albemarle area for a Carpool to Advocacy Day in Richmond. We’ll gather early in the morning and travel together to the General Assembly to make our voices heard on common-sense gun safety and other priority issues.
Carpooling allows us to build community, reduce costs, and ensure everyone who wants to participate can do so—even if they don’t have transportation. This is a great opportunity for both seasoned advocates and first-time participants to take part in meaningful civic engagement.
We’ll meet at East Rivanna Volunteer Fire Station at 7:20 a.m., with a prompt departure at 7:30 a.m. Please plan to arrive on time so we can leave together.
This event is hosted in collaboration with Moms Demand Action and the PLM Legacy Foundation.
We hope you’ll join us for a powerful day of advocacy!
